Undertake and oversee complex assessments, safeguarding enquiries, and risk management in line with the Care Act 2014 and Mental Capacity Act 2005.

Provide expert guidance, reflective supervision, and professional development to social workers and newly qualified staff.

Champion strengths-based, person-centred approaches that promote independence, wellbeing, and dignity for adults with care and support needs.
