Undertake Statutory Assessments for Darlington Borough Council
Carry out assessments of children, families, or vulnerable adults in accordance with local authority policies, national legislation, and safeguarding procedures. -
Develop and Implement Care Plans
Create and review person-centred plans aimed at improving outcomes and meeting the assessed needs of service users. -
Safeguarding and Risk Management
Identify and respond to safeguarding concerns through timely interventions, strategy meetings, and multi-agency collaboration. -
Manage a Complex Caseload
Maintain a varied caseload, prioritising high-risk or time-sensitive cases, while ensuring all statutory duties are met. -
Multi-Agency Working
Work closely with professionals from health, education, housing, and police to coordinate comprehensive support for service users. -
Maintain Accurate Records
Ensure all casework is documented to a high standard, complying with Social Work England requirements and Darlington Borough Council procedures.
