Team Manager – Children’s Social Care (London Borough of Sutton)

Job Overview

We are recruiting a Team Manager to lead and oversee Children’s Social Care Locality Teams at the London Borough of Sutton. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Qualified Social Worker with current registration (e.g., Social Work England). Significant post-qualifying experience in Children’s Social Care, ideally including leadership or supervisory roles. :contentReference[oaicite:9]{index=9} Strong knowledge of children’s social care legislation, including the Children Act 1989 and Working Together Guidance. :contentReference[oaicite:10]{index=10} Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and support social care professionals in multidisciplinary settings. Contract & Salary
