Key Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of children and families in need, ensuring timely assessments and interventions

Undertake statutory responsibilities including child protection investigations, core group meetings, and care proceedings
-
Work collaboratively with partner agencies to develop and implement effective care plans
-
Ensure all casework is compliant with legislation, guidance, and best practice
-
Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records and reports for court and reviews
-
Participate in regular supervision and team meetings to support reflective practice and continuous improvement
Requirements:
-
SWE registration
-
Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in children’s statutory services
-
Strong knowledge of child protection, safeguarding, and relevant legislation
-
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced urban environment without the need for a vehicle
