Key Responsibilities:

Manage and lead on complex, high-risk cases, ensuring interventions are evidence-based and child/adult-centred.

Provide reflective supervision and mentoring to social workers, fostering professional growth and excellent practice standards.

Collaborate effectively with partner agencies, promoting integrated approaches to care and safeguarding.
