Key Responsibilities:

Manage and lead on complex, high-risk cases, ensuring interventions are evidence-based and child/adult-centred.

Provide reflective supervision and mentoring to social workers, fostering professional growth and excellent practice standards.

Collaborate effectively with partner agencies, promoting integrated approaches to care and safeguarding.

Support continuous improvement by contributing to audits, service development, and embedding best practices across the team.
