This is a vital frontline role offering the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and families, working within a supportive and child-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of children subject to CIN and Child Protection Plans, ensuring timely assessments and interventions.

Conduct home visits, risk assessments, and develop outcome-focused plans in partnership with families.

Liaise effectively with schools, health professionals, and partner agencies to safeguard and support children.

Prepare reports for child protection conferences, reviews, and court where necessary.

Maintain up-to-date, accurate case records in line with statutory requirements and local procedures.
