This role involves managing cases of children in care, ensuring their safety, stability, and well-being, while supporting permanency planning and positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage LAC cases: Undertake assessments, care planning, and reviews for children looked after by the local authority.

Support placement stability: Work closely with foster carers, residential providers, and families to promote safe, consistent placements.

Ensure legal compliance: Prepare for and participate in statutory reviews, court hearings, and care planning meetings.

Collaborate multi-agency: Liaise with education, health, and other services to provide holistic support for children in care.
