- Supervision: Supervise and support less experienced social workers
- Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs for social workers
- Policy Implementation: Help develop and implement relevant policies and procedures
- Multi-Agency Collaboration: Work with various agencies to support children and families
Qualifications:
- Education: A degree, apprenticeship, or graduate training scheme in social work
- Experience: Ideally, at least three years of experience as a qualified child and family social worker
- Registration: Must be registered with Social Work England
