Key Responsibilities:

Manage a varied caseload of children subject to Child Protection Plans, Child in Need Plans, and care proceedings.

Conduct statutory assessments, home visits, and direct work with children and families.

Prepare clear, evidence-based reports for child protection conferences, legal proceedings, and looked-after reviews.

Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners to develop and implement effective support and safety plans.

Maintain accurate, up-to-date case records and adhere to statutory timescales and procedures.
