Carry out statutory duties in line with legislation such as the Children Act 1989, Care Act 2014, and Mental Capacity Act 2005, ensuring safety, dignity, and independence for those in need.

Manage a diverse and manageable caseload, applying trauma-informed and evidence-based practice to achieve sustainable, positive outcomes for children, families, or adults.
