Ward Nurse – Surgical/Orthopaedic
Tripod Partners are currently recruiting for an experienced Ward Nurse to provide high-quality care in a surgical and orthopaedic setting. This temporary role is ideal for nurses seeking flexible shifts with competitive pay rates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in a busy surgical and orthopaedic ward.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to deliver effective patient outcomes.
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, adhering to clinical governance standards.
- Provide assessment, monitoring, and responsive care to patients during their hospital stay.
- Ensure that care plans are consistently reviewed and adapted to meet the individual needs of patients.
Location:
Hove, South East England
Rates:
- Weekday Rate: £32.69 per hour
- Saturday/Sunday Rate: £35.00 per hour
- Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available
- Contract Type: Inside IR35
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
- Prior experience in a surgical or orthopaedic ward environment.
- Strong organisational, clinical, and communication skills.
