This role will focus on undertaking Best Interest Assessments, providing expert occupational therapy, and leading management responsibilities, including housing support, to promote patient recovery and independence.

Undertake Best Interest Assessments in line with statutory requirements

Provide senior-level occupational therapy assessment and intervention for adult patients

Oversee housing-related assessments and support to enable safe and independent living

Lead and support a team of occupational therapists, providing guidance and mentorship

Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure person-centred and effective care

Contribute to service development initiatives, policy implementation, and quality improvement
