This role provides the opportunity to deliver specialist assessment and intervention for adults with neurological communication and swallowing difficulties, supporting recovery, independence, and quality of life.

Conduct detailed assessments and provide evidence-based interventions for adults with neurological communication and swallowing disorders.

Develop and implement tailored rehabilitation programmes to optimise patient outcomes.

Collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, patient-centred care and facilitate discharge planning.

Provide clinical leadership, supervision, and mentorship to junior therapists, assistants, and students.

Contribute to service development, audit, and quality improvement initiatives within the neurology rehabilitation service.

Offer advice, education, and support to patients, families, and carers to enhance engagement and therapy outcomes.
