Undertake Best Interest Assessments in line with statutory requirements

Carry out comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and interventions for adults in inpatient and community settings

Deliver tailored rehabilitation programmes to support recovery and functional independence

Complete detailed mobility assessments to promote safe and effective discharge planning
-
Recommend and facilitate the provision of equipment and adaptations to enable safe daily living

Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective care plans
