Location: HMP Prison – Secure Environment
We are seeking qualified and experienced Clinical Pharmacists to join the team in a secure prison healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive clinical pharmacy services within the prison environment.

Conduct medicines reconciliation and ensure the safe and effective management of medications.

Provide expert support to the healthcare team to optimise patient care and treatment outcomes.
Requirements
-
Prison clearance is highly desirable; however, applicants with relevant hospital pharmacy experience will also be considered.

Strong clinical knowledge and the ability to work independently in a secure setting.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Working Hours

Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 16:30
