Working within acute settings, you will support developmental progress, functional skills, and participation in daily activities. Your role will focus on delivering tailored occupational therapy services to meet the needs of each child and their family.

Conduct comprehensive paediatric occupational therapy assessments to identify functional challenges and strengths.

Develop and implement individualised intervention plans to support developmental and functional goals.

Work collaboratively with families, schools and multidisciplinary professionals to ensure coordinated support.

Provide guidance and strategies to promote independence in self-care, play and learning.

Support children in acute settings to optimise recovery and participation.

Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records in line with professional and organisational standards.
