Undertake comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and interventions for adult service users

Develop and implement personalised rehabilitation programmes to meet individual needs

Recommend and facilitate equipment and adaptations to promote safe and independent living

Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver effective care plans

Support patients and families with guidance, education, and practical advice to optimise outcomes
