This role offers the opportunity to work within a supportive and dynamic organisation committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will help individuals regain independence and improve their quality of life through tailored occupational therapy interventions.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough occupational therapy assessments to identify patient needs and functional goals.

Develop and deliver personalised intervention plans aimed at promoting independence and wellbeing.

Provide advice and support regarding equipment provision and environmental adaptations to enhance daily living.

Collaborate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.

Maintain accurate clinical records in line with organisational and professional standards.

Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
