About the Role
- Tripod Partners are recruiting for an experienced Band 6 Accredited Checking Technician to join a busy hospital dispensary team.
- This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, offering the opportunity to support the safe and efficient delivery of pharmacy services.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out final accuracy checks of dispensed items (ACT duties).
- Supporting dispensary workflow and ensuring timely supply of medicines.
- Working closely with pharmacists, technicians, and assistants to maintain high standards of service.
- Ensuring compliance with local policies and NHS medicines governance.
Requirements
- Accredited Checking Technician (ACT) qualification – essential
- Previous NHS hospital pharmacy experience – essential
- Strong communication, organisational, and teamwork skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dispensary environment
