Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments for adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs

Develop and implement personalised intervention plans to enhance functional independence

Advise on and arrange housing adaptations and equipment to support safe living

Work collaboratively with families, carers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care

Support patients to achieve personal goals and improve quality of life
