View JobAs a Physiotherapist with County Durham and Darlington NHS Foundation Trust, you will provide high-quality physiotherapy assessment, treatment and rehabilitation to support patients in achieving optimal physical function and independence. Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, you will deliver evidence-based interventions tailored to individual needs over a 35-hour working week within the fixed 3-month period.

Conduct thorough physiotherapy assessments to determine individual patient needs and goals.

Develop, implement and monitor treatment plans aimed at improving mobility, strength and function.

Work closely with patients, carers and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care delivery.

Maintain accurate and timely patient records in accordance with Trust and professional standards.

Provide education and advice to patients and carers to support ongoing self-management.

Contribute to service efficiency and quality improvement during the contract period.
