Conduct comprehensive assessments of paediatric patients’ physical abilities and rehabilitation needs.

Develop, implement and review tailored physiotherapy intervention plans in line with best practice.

Work collaboratively with patients, families and healthcare professionals to coordinate care and support discharge planning.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in accordance with NHS and professional standards.

Provide education, advice and support to patients, families and carers on rehabilitation techniques and self-management
