About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacy Technician to join a well-established hospital team in Boston, Lincolnshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated pharmacist with proven experience in hospital clinical pharmacy services, particularly within ward-based settings and medicines reconciliation.

You will play a key role in supporting safe and effective medicines management across a variety of clinical areas, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient care and ensure high standards of pharmaceutical practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality pharmacy services within an acute hospital environment

  • Complete accurate medicines reconciliation and clinical screening

  • Provide ward-based pharmaceutical care, including reviewing drug charts and supporting safe prescribing

  • Collaborate with medical, nursing and allied health teams to support patient-centred care

  • Ensure compliance with hospital, local and national medicines governance standards

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous hospital pharmacy experience is essential

  • Strong background in ward-based clinical work and medicines reconciliation

  • Excellent communication and clinical decision-making skills

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
