- Rehab Assistant required for Intensive Rehab & Therapy Service
- Car driver essential
- Supporting independent assessment, treatment and discharge planning within the community rehab team
- Use of recognised outcome measures and clinical reasoning to guide treatment plans
- Confident to plan own caseload and treatment programmes
- Experience within the NHS required
- Community and rehabilitation experience desirable
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08.30 – 16.30
