- Specialist Occupational Therapist required to support the Neuro Integrated Community Stroke Team
- Provide specialist assessment and rehabilitation to patients following stroke within community settings
- Deliver goal-focused, person-centred interventions to maximise independence and functional recovery
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to support safe discharge and ongoing community rehabilitation
- Maintain accurate clinical records in line with NHS and professional standards
Working Hours: Shifts, 09.00 – 17.00.
