Job Details:
Experienced Pharmacy Technician required to join the hospital team in South West London. The role will be based on the wards, supporting medication management and patient safety.
Key Duties:

Work closely with hospital ward teams to ensure effective medication management.

Provide advice to healthcare professionals on the safe use of medicines.

Skills/Experience:
