Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments of adult patients in inpatient and acute settings.

Develop, implement and evaluate personalised occupational therapy programmes based on clinical priorities and best practice.

Work collaboratively with patients, families, carers and healthcare professionals to coordinate care and support.

Deliver occupational therapy services across respiratory, general medicine, mental health, orthopaedics and neurology.

Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records in accordance with professional and organisational standards.

Contribute to service quality and improvement initiatives within the occupational therapy service.
