Job details: Social Worker / Occupational Therapist required to start ASAP. The post holder will manage a caseload of approximately 25 children and work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, child-centred services.

- Manage a caseload of approximately 25 children
- Undertake assessments and interventions in line with statutory responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with children, families, and partner agencies
- Ensure effective care planning, review, and risk management
- Maintain accurate and timely case records on relevant systems
- Participate in duty weeks and attend the office as required
Skills/experience:

- Professional qualification in Social Work (or Occupational Therapy where applicable)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge and experience of working with LCS
- Ability to manage a varied caseload effectively
Working hours: 36 hours per week. Minimum of 2 days per week in the office, including participation in duty week.
