Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) Location: Weybridge Rate: £27 per hour Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm Contract: 3 months initially, with a view to extension IR35 Status: Inside IR35
Tripod Partners are looking for an experienced Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) to join a supportive team in Weybridge. This is a full-time role working within a community mental health setting, supporting patients with ongoing assessments, care coordination, and treatment planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a defined caseload of patients in the community
Conduct mental health assessments and risk reviews
Work within a multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality care
Provide crisis intervention and long-term support
Requirements:
NMC registration as a Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
Minimum of 12 months’ CPN experience
Full UK driving licence preferred
Enhanced DBS
