Advanced Mental Health Practitioner – Liaison Psychiatry
Tripod Partners are currently seeking an Advanced Mental Health Practitioner to join the Liaison Psychiatry team at Wexham Park Hospital, Slough. This role is ideal for experienced Mental Health Nurses, Social Workers, or Occupational Therapists with expertise in liaison psychiatry.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide advanced mental health assessments, interventions, and crisis support for patients in a hospital setting.
Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care planning and risk management.
Liaise with internal and external services to facilitate safe discharges and ongoing community support.
Position Details:
Location: Wexham Park Hospital, Slough
Work Pattern: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Rate: £30.00 per hour
Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available
Contract Length: ASAP start until 15th April 2025
Requirements:
UK Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN), Social Worker, or Occupational Therapist.
Significant experience in Liaison Psychiatry.
Strong risk assessment and crisis management skills.
