Tripod Partners is recruiting Night Wellbeing Counsellors for a top-tier private organisation, a leader in Employee Assistance Programmes and Occupational Health services. If you have a passion for counselling and providing support during critical times, we want to hear from you!
As a Night Wellbeing Counsellor, you will offer immediate emotional support to callers, conducting clinical assessments and risk assessments, and delivering structured video counselling in line with BACP standards. This is a great opportunity for counsellors who prefer night shifts.
Shifts Available:

• 2 positions: Thursday – Saturday, 20:00 – 08:00
• 1 position: Wednesday – Friday, 20:00 – 08:00
