HCRG Care Group is seeking a Band 7 Speech and Language Therapist for a 37-hour inpatient role, working with adults across general medicine, learning disabilities, and dysphagia. This Physio-only role involves delivering specialist assessment and intervention to support communication, swallowing, and overall functional outcomes.

Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and swallowing assessments for adult inpatients

Develop and implement personalised therapy plans for patients with general medical and learning disability needs
-
Provide specialist dysphagia interventions and management
-
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, patient-centred care
-
Advise and educate patients, families, and carers on strategies to support communication and swallowing
-
Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in line with professional and organisational standard.
