NELFT – Grays Court Community Hospital Rehabilitation is looking for two Band 3 Rehab Assistants to join the community rehabilitation team. The roles will focus on supporting adults with rehabilitation programmes, promoting independence, and assisting in the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care.

  • Support the delivery of rehabilitation programmes for adults in community settings.

  • Assist physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and other team members in providing therapy interventions.

  • Encourage and motivate patients to achieve their rehabilitation goals.

  • Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to qualified staff.

  • Promote independence and wellbeing through structured activities and exercises.

  • Maintain accurate records in line with service requirements.
