This role offers the opportunity to provide physiotherapy for adults in acute and community settings, with a strong focus on safe moving and handling practice, functional rehabilitation, and supporting patients’ independence through evidence-based care.

Undertake physiotherapy assessments and provide tailored interventions for adults across inpatient and community settings.

Support patients in regaining mobility, independence, and function through rehabilitation and equipment provision.

Act as a specialist resource in safe moving and handling, advising colleagues and ensuring best practice across the service.

Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centred care and support effective discharge planning.

Supervise, guide, and support junior physiotherapists, assistants, and students.

Contribute to service development, audit, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance physiotherapy delivery across Crawley and Horsham.
