Western Sussex Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is looking for an experienced Band 6 Physiotherapist to join the Adult Inpatient service. This role will focus on providing specialist physiotherapy within rehabilitation settings to support patient recovery and independence.

  • Undertake comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and interventions for adult inpatients

  • Deliver tailored rehabilitation programmes to support functional recovery and mobility

  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective care plans

  • Support patients and families with guidance, advice, and education to optimise recovery

  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to meet individual needs

  • Contribute to service development initiatives and provide guidance to junior staff where required
