Undertake Best Interest Assessments in line with statutory requirements

Carry out comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and interventions for adult inpatients and community patients

Deliver rehabilitation programmes tailored to individual needs within general medicine settings

Advise on and facilitate equipment and adaptations to promote safe and independent living

Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective care plans

Support patients and families with guidance, education, and practical advice to optimise outcomes
