Conduct Best Interest Assessments (BIA) and person-centered occupational therapy interventions for adults.

Carry out mobility assessments and recommend appropriate equipment and home adaptations.

Support reablement and rehabilitation programs to enhance functional independence.

Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.

Provide guidance, education, and support to patients, families, and carers.

Maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to service development and professional growth.
