Complete comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and deliver evidence-based interventions to meet the needs of adults in acute inpatient care.

Support patients with functional independence, safe discharge planning, and the use of adaptive equipment or strategies.

Manage a varied caseload across respiratory, rehabilitation, and general medicine.

Work as part of the multidisciplinary team to deliver effective, patient-centred care.

Supervise and provide guidance to junior staff, assistants, and students to support their development.

Contribute to service improvement, audit, and quality initiatives within occupational therapy.
