Undertake Best Interest Assessments in line with statutory requirements

Carry out comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and interventions for adult inpatients

Deliver tailored rehabilitation programmes for patients with general medicine and musculoskeletal needs

Conduct detailed mobility assessments to support safe discharge and functional independence
-
Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective care plans

Support patients and families with guidance, education, and practical advice to optimise outcomes
