Provide clinical leadership for the OT service and cross cover for the PT Lead as required.

Manage complex cases, including assessment, treatment planning, discharge planning, and AV/HV visits.

Supervise and support junior staff while acting as a clinical exemplar within the team.

Work collaboratively with the MDT, contributing to shared leadership and operational decision-making.

Carry out equipment assessments, provision, and moving and handling interventions for patients with orthopaedic and medical needs.

Essential requirements: HCPC registration, NHS and community experience, strong leadership skills, complex moving and handling expertise, and access to a car.
