Undertake comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and provide interventions tailored to individual patient needs.

Advise on and implement equipment and adaptations to promote safe mobility and daily living.

Develop and deliver individualised treatment plans to optimise functional independence.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, patient-centred care and effective discharge planning.

Provide guidance and support to junior staff, therapy assistants, and students where appropriate.

Participate in service development, audit, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance occupational therapy provision.
