As an Occupational Therapist with North Lincolnshire Council, working in community-based services for adults, you will provide tailored occupational therapy to promote independence and support wellbeing. You will collaborate closely with individuals, families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective care and outcomes.

Carry out detailed occupational therapy assessments for adults in community settings.

Develop, implement and review personalised intervention plans based on individual needs and best practice.

Work collaboratively with patients, families, carers and professionals to coordinate care and support.

Support independence, daily living skills and safe use of equipment where required.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in line with professional and organisational standards.

Contribute to service development and improvement within the occupational therapy service.
