Undertake comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and interventions for adult service users

Deliver tailored programmes to support safe mobility and independence

Advise on and implement moving and handling strategies to reduce risk and promote safety

Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective care plans

Support patients and families with guidance, education, and practical advice to optimise outcomes
