- HCPC registered
- Experience of working in the acute setting
- Planning and facilitating patient discharges
- Provide assessment, clinical reasoning and treatment for patients with a variety of conditions and diagnoses
- Work within the Occupational Therapy Medicine Team alongside the Physiotherapy team and wider MDT
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday, 09.00 – 17.00
