Assignment Info

• Contract Length: 13 weeks

• Start Date: Flexible (Please allow ~14 days for onboarding)

• Shift Schedule: 12-hour shifts (Days or Nights based on availability)

• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

• OT Pay: After 40 hours

Pay Package (Weekly, 36 hrs Guaranteed)

• Weekly Gross: $2,120.00

• Taxable Income: Approx. $720.00 weekly (based on facility taxable allocation)

• Non-Taxable Stipends: $1,400.00 per week

• Overtime Rate: $30.00/hr

Job Duties

The Critical Care RN provides specialized, life-saving care to patients with severe and complex medical conditions. Responsibilities include:

• Managing ventilators, drips, and advanced life-support equipment

• Monitoring and interpreting vital signs and patient responses

• Delivering safe, evidence-based nursing care

• Coordinating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams

• Serving as a patient advocate while maintaining a calm, professional presence in high-pressure situations

Requirements

• Active RN License (GA or Compact)

• Two (2) Years Recent ICU/Critical Care Experience

• BLS & ACLS (AHA ONLY)

• Strong critical care, ventilator, and hemodynamic management skills
