Tripod Partners are seeking an experienced Surgical First Assistant to support a skilled surgical team in Banbury. This role offers shift-based work, ensuring flexibility while providing exceptional care during surgical procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist surgeons during operations, ensuring adherence to protocols and maintaining high standards of patient safety.
- Prepare and manage surgical equipment and supplies.
- Support the surgical team in maintaining sterile techniques throughout procedures.
Position Details:
- Location: Banbury
- Work Pattern: Shift-based
- Rate: £40 per hour (standard rate)
- Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available
Requirements:
- Current NMC Registration.
- Demonstrated experience as a Surgical First Assistant.
- Proficiency in surgical procedures and sterile techniques.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
