This role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of children and families, ensuring their safety and well-being through effective intervention and support.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored care plans for children and families in need of support and protection.

Collaborate with multi-agency partners to coordinate services and ensure holistic support for children and families.

Attend and contribute to child protection conferences, reviews, and legal proceedings as required.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records, adhering to statutory requirements and council policies.
