Key Responsibilities:

Provide strong leadership and supervision to a team of social workers, ensuring reflective practice and effective case management.

Monitor performance, quality, and compliance with statutory responsibilities and service standards.

Oversee complex casework, including child protection, looked after children, and court proceedings.

Support service development initiatives and embed best practice within the team.

Promote partnership working with multi-agency professionals to safeguard and support children effectively.
