Manage a complex caseload including child protection, looked after children, and care proceedings, ensuring timely, effective, and legally compliant interventions.

Support and mentor less experienced social workers through practice guidance, reflective supervision, and by modelling high-quality, child-centred approaches.

Work in close partnership with families, schools, health, and multi-agency professionals to create coordinated, outcome-focused plans that build resilience and safety.

Apply trauma-informed and strengths-based practice, ensuring the voice of the child is central to all assessments, decisions, and interventions.
