Undertake and guide statutory work under the Children Act 1989, including child protection, children in need, and looked-after children processes.

Support and mentor less experienced social workers, promoting reflective practice, professional development, and high standards of care.

Manage a reduced but complex caseload, using trauma-informed and relationship-based approaches to drive positive outcomes for children.
