Undertake statutory responsibilities including assessments, child protection enquiries, and care planning under the Children Act 1989 and associated legislation.

Manage a caseload of children in need, children subject to child protection plans, and looked after children, applying a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach.

Work collaboratively with families, schools, health professionals, and multi-agency partners to deliver coordinated, child-centred plans that promote safety and long-term wellbeing.
